In & Out of Love with Cara Lianne McLeod is a new show on Big E Radio airing every 2nd Sunday at 1pm, beginning  on June 1, 2025. Cara, a vocal artist with a vast and varied CV, from opera to jazz, will share music and stories revolving around a theme of love, reflecting on experiences, good and bad, including many of her own!

Cara has been directly or indirectly creating playlists for as long as she can remember, starting with recording mixtapes on her cassette player from the radio. It’s challenging to pinpoint what genres and artists have influenced her the most. She grew up listening to the likes of Elvis from her dad, Chopin from her mom, Led Zeppelin from her sister, and 80’s pop and rock. She learned classical in her voice lessons, and fell in love with blues in the late 80’s. In the early 90’s she could be found singing in country karaoke competitions and recording pop music on compilation albums and demos.  So, in fact, you’ll hear it all on this show, and it will all come back to love.  She’s hoping listeners end up laughing, crying, or reminiscing about their own stories of love!
